April 8th Tournament at Norwalk Community College.
The US should not maintain a missile defense for South Korea and Japan.
The Federal Government should withhold funds for sanctuary cities.
Tournament Format & Schedule:
The tournament will consist of 4 rounds.
The first three rounds will cover two pre-announced topics (one topic will be debated twice, with each team debating both sides) with the third round side randomly assigned
on the other pre-announced topic.
The fourth round will be on an impromptu topic.
After the first four rounds, the top two teams in the event will debate a final impromptu topic in front of the entire public.
