The ESU may receive tangible personal property
subject to acceptance of the property by the Board of Trustees.
The
Board may elect not
to accept certain items that are not readily marketable, that do
not conform to the mission of the ESU, or that may have potential
conflicts of ownership or other potential legal considerations.
For items accepted by the Board, the donor is responsible for securing
an appraisal for tax purposes.
