For Schools within the U.S.
branches
Individual ESU
Branches invite a local
teacher of English and Shakespeare to participate. The teacher
should
be involved in your local Shakespeare Competition or have
been a past recipient of the British Universities Summer School
Program.
To participate in the program, the school
must have access to the Internet and the teacher must be willing
to provide
some class time for a minimum
of two or three activities.
For Schools in International ESU Branches
While becoming a twin
for the The
Books as Envoys program has traditionally been the
starting
point, all ESUs are invited to participate. Teachers are invited
to contact the education department at
the English-Speaking Union of the United States to be matched with
teachers in U.S. Branches.
