The Bach Aria Soloists ensemble brings a rare glimpse into the private lives of six women composers from the 11th<\/sup> century through modern times. The program \u201cIn Her Own Words,\u201d <\/strong>pairs their groundbreaking music through their letters, journals, and published works with the spoken word by the captivating guest actor Cinnamon Schultz Paulette\u2014a powerful celebration of these extraordinary creators. Experience history through the voices of leading women composers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ESU members and guests are invited to this special evening of casual dining, music, and the spoken word. We will meet at 5:00 at Third Street Social on Main Street for dinner and drinks. It\u2019s a no-host dinner and the restaurant will provide separate checks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then just two blocks away, we will attend the free program \u201cIn Her Own Words\u201d<\/strong> by Bach Aria Soloists at the Kansas City Public Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When:<\/strong> Friday, November 13, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5:00 pm: No host dinner at Third Street Social<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7:00 pm: Performance of \u201cIn Her Own Words\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where: <\/strong>Third Street Social, 5031 Main St. Kansas City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  Kansas City Public Library, Truman Forum Auditorium, 4801 Main St. Kansas City<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Register:<\/strong> Free admission<\/strong> at the library but registration is required. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
