January 14th, 2018 - The Bayeux Tapestry

Professor Tomlinson specializes in major works of Western art, viewing them from a cultural perspective which explores how and why the art was created.  She has always been a history teacher, beginning with grade 6 and retiring from Kean University.  While at Kean, Ms. Tomlinson helped develop a course in Western Cultural History.  She holds a PhD and lectures on Cultural History and arranges tours for the serious scholar.

LOCATION:  The Kirby Arts Center, The Lawrenceville School

TIME:  3.00 PM

Presentation will be followed by refreshments.  Free to E-SU Members.  $10 for non-members.
