Earlier detection can give patients and families more time to plan\, seek treatment\, and maintain quality of life.  Through his clinical care\, teaching\, and research at Duke\, Dr. Liu is committed to improving the lives of patients and families affected by neurological disorders. He believes that by combining science\, compassion\, and community engagement\, meaningful progress is possible.
