Recorded Competition: Same format as 2020 National Semi-Finals. School winners upload a video to YouTube and provide a link on the school winner form. Branch coordinators email the list of links to judges who adjudicate independently and then gather via conference call or Zoom meeting to arrive at a winner. This option is less reliant on technological expertise.
