Video Submission Download & Review the Guidance for IPSC Speakers Record a 5 minute video speech and on this year's National Competition Theme: "Relations between nations are too important to be left to governments alone" Please begin video by clearly stating your name and city/state.
All participants in the 2023 competition must make a recording of their performance. Recordings must be 5 minutes or under. Please upload your video to YouTube and enter the complete video address below. PLEASE MAKE YOUR VIDEO UNLISTED. Conditions and Submission By Submitting this form I acknowledge and attest to the following conditions: I am between 16 – 20 years old and a US National. I am available to compete remotely in the ESU International Public Speaking Competition. May 8 to 12th 2023. IF Selected as the 2023 US National Winner: I will accept all rules and regulations of the program. I will fulfill all academic requirements of the program including preparing a speech on a new topic and rehearsing both speeches prior to the International Public Speaking Competition May 8 - 12, 2023. I will submit IPSC Registration Form via email to ESU at auhl@esuus.org by Friday, March 31, 2023. I will submit a copy of my passport or Rush Passport Application to receive passport prior to departure for London on May 7th I will email a headshot or other high-quality photo of myself and provide a 1 to 2 paragraph autobiography for ESU promotional purposes by April 9, 2023.
