Members of the ESU Kansas City Branch joined many other local organizations in Kansas City on May 1, 2024, to compete in the International Relations Council’s annual trivia fundraiser. Teams of eight representing area businesses, universities, nonprofit organizations, community groups, ambitious students, and globetrotters put their global knowledge to the test. There were six rounds of ten questions covering topics like global affairs, geography, world languages and cultures, history, and more in this fun and interactive competition. The trivia questions were tough to answer but our table answered several correctly. Ben Martin’s luck earned him a prize in a raffle drawing of tickets to an Owen/Cox Dance Group performance. It was a challenging but fun evening.
